Study: Redevelopment Potential

Southwest Corner of East Berry Street 

and Riverside Drive 


The chosen site is the Southwest Corner of East Berry Street and Riverside Drive in Southeast Fort Worth, Texas. The site is home to a demolished strip shopping center along a planned streetscape project by the City of Fort Worth. This analysis is formed from the perspective of government officials to identify the most beneficial land use on a microeconomic basis with particular focus on the local community.  The perspective of the developer is also considered as a major stakeholder and decision maker.
This study is broken into four sections: 

1. Market and Competitive Analysis
2. Location and Site Analysis
3. Political and Legal Analysis
